Moonlight walk with Snowshoes

We normally do snowshoeing activities in the day time, but during the Polar Night, when the moon is at its brightest, we also do a snowshoe walk late in the evening, under the moonlight. This is an easy walk in a forest by the fells. Our aim is to overcome the fear of dark and to learn to trust the nature around us. In the quiet forest, with the moon, stars and auroras on the sky, you might discover something very important - your true nature. Duration: 2 hrs What is included: Pick-up max 10 km from Utsjoki village, snowshoes, hot drinks, 1-2 hour guided snowshoe walk. What to bring: Warm winter boots and warm clothing. Send us email prior to tour if you need extra clothing to borrow. Bring your cellphone with you, but remember to turn it to silent mode when we start our walk to the forest.
